What comes to mind when you hear about Jeans scraps from the fashion industry, leather remnants from folding sections and grinding dust from tanneries? For most, these are useless junk. We see them as valuable raw materials. We have developed a process that can make paper from any material that contains cell fibers.
This means eliminating mass consumption of wood for paper production. We also use existing resources at the end of their life cycle to create something completely new. This way, materials remain within the economic cycle longer, if not even forever.
In fact, nature has had this process functioning for millions of years: in every living organism there is a constant change of building-up and breaking down. We are now converting this principle of sustainability into technology. The comprehensive study of paper material and the use of modern systems has made this possible.
JagoTech Paper and its innovators have researched paper for decades. As a manufacturer of calender rolls, press pads, heat and noise-resistant paper, we combine the know-how from machine technology and paper production. Years of tinkering and experimentation enhanced the product properties. Two goals were always distinctly in focus: high-quality products and maximum sustainability.

Wool felt for tube production. The felt is the outer layer for big tubes for aluminum winding. The soft felt protects the alu surface and prevents particles from the Kraft paper tube destroying the alu surface.
Felt papers, the impregnation base for various resins. Bulk and flexibility improve laminate characteristics
Press pads for heat and pressure distribution during the lamination process of HPL (high pressure laminates) for furniture application. More reuse helps to save costs in the range of 40-50 %.
Papers for the production of shopping bags. Raw materials can be our own jeans waste or from customer returned bio cotton bags. Also, used professional clothing is possible for us to recycle, those cloths we receive from customers and manufacture papers for office use.
Grass paper, various applications, for instance cardboard liner or office papers…
Vulcanized fiber base for the manufacture of vulcanized fiber plates or reels.
Flame retardant felt as base for bituminization to manufacture old house roof insulation.
White and blue press pads, used as pressure and heat distribution during the lamination of printed circuit boards, CCL or multilayer. We manufacture pads that are used up to 400°C. More reuse provide cost saving of 40 – 50 %.
Cork felt up to 2,20 mm. Ideal underlayment for linoleum or other flooring to absorb sound.
Mineral board, the carrier for cushioned vinyl floors. The flexible cv floor on mineral board base is ideal for wood houses.
Quartz papers used as separator in ceramic manufacturing kilns. It evenly distributes with 50% quartz and 50% cellulose that burns and the quartz remains as the separator. Kilns can be filled more quickly.
Wool Felt used as Inner Layer of Tubes to improve strength by about 50% due to increased flexibility .

A specialized paper-making process is utilized to form uniform lightweight, flexible materials with low thermal conductivity. Application mainly as composite material in automotive and aerospace heavy duty heat shields.
Further application in domestic appliances is possible.
